How long does it take to process an order?

Available now orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom work will be discussed on an individual basis.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently only ship orders within the United States. We do not ship to California, Hawaii, and Alaska at this time.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for smaller items will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Freight Shipping for Large Purchases: Freight shipping costs for large or oversized items will be quoted during the consultation process. This ensures you receive an accurate estimate based on the size and destination of your order.

We offer free ground shipping for all orders over $249, except for freight shipments.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@elmswickandoak.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Currently, we only ship to a valid street address and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus a 10% restocking fee. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@elmswickandoak.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
